By accessing or using the Phronex portal, Content Companion, or Job Portal (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Phronex Solutions provides the following products through this portal:

All software, interfaces, branding, and documentation relating to the Services are owned by Phronex Solutions or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely for their intended purpose.
Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phronex Solutions’ total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to Phronex Solutions in the current billing month.
In no event shall Phronex Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Content generated by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You must not rely on AI-generated outputs as professional advice of any kind, including legal, medical, financial, or career advice. You act on AI-generated outputs entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phronex Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) AI-generated content you acted upon; (b) automated actions taken on your behalf through the Services, including job applications submitted automatically; or (c) data processed through the platform from third-party sources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Either party may discontinue use of the Services by providing one month’s written notice to the other party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
